This product was defective twice
"I recently purchased this product for my daughter for her wedding. The knife in the first Order #E45289970101 had a defect on the cutting edge. The knife in the replacement Order #P72325400101 had streaks on the blade which made the knife cosmetically unattractive. Since I had no time before wedding day to return the second defective knife I had to give it as a gift anyway. The pie server which we engraved was lovely but the defective knife ruined the gift in my opinion."
