Arrived damaged; Mikasa req 4 mo to replace
"My order was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, the man who received it drove it to my house the following day. When I unpacked the box, one of the 8 mugs was broken. Since the chunk of pottery from the break was not in the bubble wrap, I assume it was broken before it was wrapped and packed. Mikasa said they would ship a replacement in 7 - 10 days. After nearly a month with no replacement, I followed up with Mikasa. They said a replacement might be sent in July! Lol they have got to be kidding. The mugs were part of a house warming gift for my son. A own a significant amount of Mikasa: multiple sets of fruit bowls in different patterns; dishware; pasta bowls; 3 patterns of glassware; serving pieces. But this was the first time ordering from Mikasa online. I told them to forget the replacement; I’m not waiting 4+ months to make good on a gift. I will buy a replacement gift from a more reliable company."
