"I had bought several full sets of this pattern and MOST of the dinner plates came broken. The kid who answered the phone didn't do anything to replace them. I would check from time to time and they were never in stock. I was surprised to FINALLY see them in stock. They new plates are actually heavier than the old ones and just as nice. NOT happy I had to buy them but GLAD to have them. Great products from MIKASA."
