Fragile dishes, poor service (no free returns!)

"Many dishes arrived shattered due to a combination of low quality and poor packing. The seller refused to pay for return shipping however, and would only agree to send replacement dishes :| Shipping back is more than 130$. Furthermore, these dishes do not fit in our pretty standard dishwasher because the plate rims are so tall. The whole ordeal has been a huge PITA and we lost 200$. Beware."

The Dinnerware Samantha very bad quality.

"Very disappointed, I bought two sets of 8 Samantha line and the plates and bowls got stained with certain foods like avocados, olive oil and salsas. This is not supposed to happen with a Dinnerware, it doesn’t make sense. I don’t recommend this product and this brand."
