"I did not realize these plates have a raised edge/lip. I never buy this style. I don't like the experience eating off a raised edge. It feels crowded, and it's awkward using a knife. I do now realize that the last picture in their series somewhat shows it, but the other photos do not, and there is no mention of it in the description. They do not stack with other plates now. They need an entirely new spot in the cupboard. Wish I could return, but being in Canada, it's too much hassle. I would not have purchased these had I known. The colours seem fairly true to the pictures. Cannot comment on use or durability yet. They are stamped as microwave and dishwasher safe."

"It was to my very greatest disappointment that I went to mail the package of unused bowls back to you only to find out it would cost me $79. I had wrapped and written and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and they told me it would be $79 to ship it back to you? That is outrageous! I only paid 37. 50 for the bowls…. more than double the cost!!!! I will for sure give you a terrible recommendation and I will NEVER use you again nor will I recommend anyone to use your company. A very dissatisfied customer."
