"Bought a set of four Nellie mugs 3/4 months ago. Already two have developed hairline cracks. Notified Mikasa of the crack when the first one appeared - they offered a discount on a replacement. I wasn’t prepared to buy more - glad I didn’t, as a second mug has now developed a crack. I have always bought Mikasa dinnerware and never had a problem with cracks, especially on the mugs."
