"The makers mark/logo at the bottom of the dishes I purchased are washing off after only 2 uses. By comparison, the same Nellie plates we bought as a set from Costco don't have this issue, and we've had them for over a year. Clearly the mark wasn't sealed properly or a poor ink was used. Very unhappy that this has happened."
"I bought these dishes to replace some stoneware that I recently purchased from another company. I couldn't live with all of the flatware marks on them - and they were less than two years old. I love my new Mikasa dishes! They are lightweight, seem resilient so far and no marks on them! The color is a beautiful white. I highly recommend them."
"After a year of use, the Nellie dishes started to become splotchy, almost like an exterior coating was wearing off. It is getting to the point where we are thinking about replacing the entire set. I reached out to Mikasa because I have seen this complaint in another review, and they stated that they would not replace the set and they do not offer a warranty on this product. I have used casual china my entire life and was shocked at how poor quality this set is."

"The china was lovely, Shipping and delivery was VERY slow. Six days after I placed the order I had heard nothing and emailed to ask. Mikasa said on the seventh day my order was in the final stages of preparation. Took almost two weeks and longer than the 7 business day timeframe they had given me to receive the package. So plan accordingly. The china is in a vacation rental we own and appears to be holding up well, I was ordering additional pieces to increase the place settings. I had hoped to receive the order while we were still at the property (for 8 days after the order) but that did not happen. If you need your order quickly you should make other plans."
