Color way off...bad customer service
"My wife and I have been married for almost 20 years. We were gifted Mikasa Italian Countryside dishes for our wedding. Through the years some of the plates and bowls have been broken or chipped. We decided we wanted to replace several of the plates and bowls. When we ordered replacements they arrived a noticeably different color from our originals. The pattern is also not as detailed as our original. We are aware of pattern drift, but the difference in color is unacceptable. Our original dishes are a white color. The new ones are very much off white. Not even close to the original color. I want to return the new ones, but they are demanding I pay the return shipping. I feel this is unfair. There website does nothing to indicate the large difference in color."
