Beautiful Vase
"First of all this is a beautiful vase, full stop!! BUT!! Only 3 stars because of the packaging that others have complained about. I decided to take a chance because it looked so pretty in the online pics. I thought maybe Mikasa had replaced enough of them and saw enough complaints about this issue that they would adjust. Very luckily, mine is intact, no cracks or chips. Shocking, considering the condition of the box when I opened it. Packaging is VERY poor inside product box and outside box had one layer of bubbles. To Mikasa - you do realize this product is made of glass, right? Step it up!!"

"Theses vases are defective, they crack if you put flowers with water! It's terrible!! They replaced my cracked vase with another one and it cracked after 3 days!!"

"The vase is absolutely beautiful. The box it came in is very damaged, lots of dents and holes all over the box. the vase is a wedding shower gift and I am a little embarrassed about the condition of the box. Mikasa did reimburse me the shipping cost, but I am still a disappointed."
