Something Wrong with the Glaze

"The size is perfect, but some of these plates have a slightly rough finish, which may or may not have something to do with the fact that they come out of the dishwasher with a streaky sheen. I've tried changing my detergent to one without the JetDry--even though none of my other bone china has this problem--and it made no difference."
