Beautiful but weak handle
"We enjoyed receiving this as a wedding gift but after placing it back on shelf after dusting, the handle cracked after a single small bump to the side of the cabinet. If I'm going to spend $40 on a pitcher, it needs to be a bit hardier. I don't live a lifestyle where extremely breakable glassware lasts very long."

"I love this pitcher; however, as someone else has indicated, it has developed cracks at the handle. Before I tell the person who gifted me with this very lovely and extremely useable pitcher, I wonder if there is anything Mikasa does when this happens. I like the pitcher and the stemless wine glasses (which are fine) I have. But I do not like the cracks at the handle."
