"Absolutely terrible , first week put a dish in the microwave it blew up. I have had them for a year now. Stains have leached into the dishware themselves. Weird spots are starting to show. Worst purchase ever, when I went to customer service after 6 months of owning them with the same complaints they offered me 30 % off a new set. Like I would ever buy from them again"

"I have been looking for everyday white china, and this set is just perfect. It is a bright white, sturdy, and practical for everyday use. The trim around the lip of the plates and bowls dresses up a special occasion table setting as well. One dish arrived with a large chip. Customer service took care of it immediately and so it was no problem to replace it. overall, I have received many shipments of glass and china and all arrives in great condition. This was the first and only plate that needed replacement. Love this set!"

"My shipment arrived today and 3 items were scratched/damaged. One of the plates has a crack in it and two have scratched that are not cleanable. There is no option to upload photos otherwise I would have."
