"These bowls are exactly what they look like and exactly what I wanted. I want to note, when my order arrived (4bowl set) there was only one bowl. I was dreading the CS fight. But it was one of the best experiences I had. Immediate response. Asked for a few pics and got the 4 bowl set immediately (and told me to keep the single bowl). They called out that they use the pics for training to ensure they continue to get better. I was just really happy with the fast and kind customer service."

"I received this set, along with 8 place settings. Very disappointed in the quality. I have owned the full CADEN set for only 2 weeks. The white flat portion of bowls and dishes already have scratches form forks and knifes! In addition, I also have a few spots where the black glacé has bubbled and peeled!!!! Customer service won’t do anything, just keep asking for more pictures? I have requested a pre paid return label for this defective set….but they refuse. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, yes this set is attractive….but likley won’t hold up."
