"We returned the item because it was not the size stated on your website. The website says 10. 5 inch diameter; the plates are 11 inches in diameter - too large for our cabinets. And your customer service personnel are terrible."

"We really wanted to love these dishes as we've had success with Mikasa in the past. We just open the box, which was beautifully packed for shipping breakable items, only to discover the bowls are a muted blue green, the cups are more blue than green, but don't match the bowls or dishes, and the light blue on the floral salad plate is so bright and jumps off the plate as if it doesn't fit in with any of it. Sorry, but they will be returned. : ("
