"I purchased this platter to match the dinnerware sets but the original came in damaged. Mikasa's customer service was fantastic and sent a replacement right away. This platter is very sturdy and can be used for serving at dinner time but also a number of uses to entertain with as well. I love this design. It is really modern and fresh looking as well as having a rustic feel at the same time. Web pictures are true to color."
