Disappointment with the shade of white!
"I bought 2 sets of your Annabel dinner plates. They are lovely but a different shade of white which does not complement my creamy white Mikasa South Hampton china. (My old dinner plates are worn and now the glaze is crazed. ) When I took the new ones to UPS to return them to you, it was going to cost over $90. 00 (more than I paid for them) to return them!! I had no idea when I ordered that they would be coming to Raleigh from CA! One review had commented that the new plates would work well with other Mikasa patterns. Ha! I am disappointed and had assumed that the beautiful South Hampton pattern would be open stock, and now I'm sorry that I ever ordered them in the first place!!! My last Mikasa china ever. I love these plates. They
"I love these plates. They are beautiful and classic. Being bone china they are thin, lightweight, and elegant while still being durable. Mikasa customer service was also easy to work with and responsive to our small issue (black spot on 2 out of 16 plates)."

Best customer service EVER
"Beautiful, simple design. Mikasa has the best customer service. I ordered 8 place settings from a retailer, as well as extra dinner and salad plates directly from Mikasa. I had two damaged pieces in the place setting box and one damaged dinner plate from Mikasa. I emailed Mikasa with photos and they promptly sent out replacements for all three damaged pieces, even though two of them came from a retailer. Mikasa is a 5-star company!"

Annabel dinner plates
"Lovely plates! Simple design but looks upscale! My old plates were stoneware and felt so heavy so when I unpacked these, they were so light weight and I was worried about chipping since they looked delicate. However, after 2 weeks of using them and two teenage boys, they hold up great and super in the dishwasher! I had asked my 75 year old mom what brand of dishes she has since mine always chip, and she said Mikasa! She has had the same ones for 20 years and still look great! Definitely money well spent!"
