"We purchased 3 sets of bone china dishes. After opening the first set, we noticed pit holes, scabs and various other defects on more than 50% of the dishes. We immediately contacted customer service and they said these were normal processing blemishes. I called Bull#*&t and we sent them back. Quality should be removed from all of their advertising….."
