"I bought this for my wife's birthday. Our dinnerware was getting old, chipped and was over 22 years old. I really like the Song Bird set because its made very well by Mikasa and the color and graphic design. The color might not be for everyone, But the deal Mikasa offered could not be passed up. Thank you Mikasa!"
"I bought a setting of 12. Absolutley beautiful. There were a few broken bowls in one of the boxes during shipping. I emailed Mikasa and they replaced them immediately with only a picture of the broken bowls. I didn't need to send anything back. Excellent customer service. The color is rich and beautiful AND the bowls do not get hot in the microwave which is something I worried about with stoneware. These are gorgeous and a good buy."

"The photos show a beautiful soft teal, it's actually very dark. Very disappointed . It was my responsibility to sh back it would of cost as much as set, so I kept them even though I don't like them unsatisfied customer. The rep wasn't very kind. Needless to say I will shop with you again. I already sent a response to my experience. Even suggesting crediting a portion of cost. Received no response Haha I didn't expect one."
"I received a set of the songbirds from my mom's estate when my nephew who had given them to her at her 90th birthday came up to me and said you can have these. My sister and I were sorting through things and getting them to the people who had either given them or knew they would like them. And he gifted me with them. We love them but I broke one of the small plates and tried to replace just a salad plate. I couldn't find it online so I thought why not buy a whole set then I would have enough for company when they come over. You had a great sale and it was done! All of the things were packed so securely which I appreciate, because my mom was a China painter and she sent China plates often. So grateful. Thank you!"
