Bad Quality

"Ordered 16 plates. Most plates are different sizes ranging from 6 5/8" to over 6 7/8". Also some plates were more flat and some were more bowled shape which made the height of some of the plates quite different. When stacking the plates they look like something made by a beginning ceramics class. In addition the customer service has been terrible and not willing to help at all saying the difference in size is within Mikasa specs and the size listed on the website is only an approximate and not exact. Due to both the poor quality and horrible customer service, I will NEVER buy Mikasa products again and will advise other not to as well."
