"Having refused to see the bowls after receiving a previous order of questionable quality, I rate Mikasa very low. I had intended on buying 16 place settings, instead I went elsewhere. Concerns were met with arrogance and gaslighting. First Shipment failed to be shipped though I received notification that I had received this product. . . . . this was easily verified. Replacement was shipped regardless of our position that we no longer wished to purchase this item over quality concerns on a similar product. Customer Service was unhelpful in our attempts to stop delivery even though the product was sill in their warehouse. Then refused to stop delivery with carrier. All in All a failure."
