"Although the item was as pictured, I assumed it was NOT made in China. I researched this company and found that only some of their products were from China, so I hoped this was not one of them. I do not purchase any items from China as it is not uncommon for them to contain harmful chemicals. I would be able to test for lead, but not for cadmium. If I had known it was made in China, I would not have ordered it."
