"I cannot believe I had to pay 22 dollars in shipping to return an order for $62. 92+tax+delivery charges for $78. 17. This is my first time order from Mikasa and most likely my last. The pattern I ordered was incorrect to match the Mikasa set I already own. I accidentally ordered "bone" color in another pattern(countryside instead of Trellis) and now I am out 33 dollars in shipping fees and nothing to show for it."
"I have used Italian countryside dinnerware for many years and buy more pieces as well used ones need replacing. When I ordered more cereal bowls, I received the white bone bowls instead of the off white Italian countryside bowls. They are beautiful as well, but are not the pattern I have. The cost of shipping both directions was not worth returning so I’ll be donating them. This was my mistake but with the two patterns having the same name and description it’s hard to see the difference."
