Hope Your Shipment Isn't Broken

"One of the teacups was broken on delivery. The process of getting a replacement was futile. A photo was sent of the broken cup. We were told that a replacement cup would be sent to us. It never came. I had to renotify Mikasa about the cup. We were told that it is out of stock and could purchase another cup from a different vendor. Almost seven dollars was put back on the credit card. The Golden Harvest selection from Mikasa is beautiful. We have several pieces. The "leg work" in GETTING a replacement should be done BY MIKASA. We spent a lot of money on this order. The shipment should be right OR MADE RIGHT!"
