We've been owning French Countryside series for over a decade, had bought different sizes of bowls and plates over the years, the quality and design were consistently good, hence came back to buy more without 2nd thought. To our surprise, this batch of plates weighs approx. 20% more, the plates themselves and the logo/ fine prints on the bottom feel and look much less exquisite."

Why in the world would you change the style. These are classic Sind over 45 yrs. Today when I look at plates on and email I got from you the displaced plates look like my originals. What's up with all this. ???"

"I purchased two sets of four dinner plates and six plates are the same color and two are totally different. In fact, I purchased multiple pieces of other dishes in one order and everything is different shades and nothing matches. Quality is horrible."

"Received the set packaged very well but somehow the bottom plate was broken. I notified Mikasa customer service and they replaced the plate with no hassle. Very pleased."
