"The product itself is very nice and I am very happy with it, however, there was a problem with the delivery. At first , I was sent a totally different item which did not match my packing slip. I immediately contacted them and sent photos of what I actually did receive and they corrected the problem! Their products are excellent but their shipping needs to be drastically improved! This was not the first time I’ve had problems with items shipped from them and hope it will be the last!"
"Not what they used to be. This newer version of the classic, is too bulky. Each bowl weigh about 100 grams more (400g vs 300g). Sounds like an improvement, but really they just look and feel cheaper. They also stack terribly, compared to the old version."
