"This platter is a little bit smaller than the original design, but it also seems sturdier. Note that the most recent iterations of this line are just a slightly different color than the 90's version, maybe a little more yellow, but it is not that noticeable. Overall, probably an improvement in sturdiness and ability to stand up to lots of use."
