"These glasses look amazing! But the looks don't compensate for the out of round, varying heights, angled rims, different diameters, and leaning. So large in diameter and heavy that none of the women that tested them out at our house wanted to use them, even for special occasion glasses. Really thick rims makes drinking difficult without dribbling. We wanted to love these but sent all but the stemless wine glasses back, which we kept only for candle holders! Initial Mikasa customer service was great and refund lined up but a manager intervened and says the manufacturing inconsistencies are normal and would not issue a shipping label for return. These are heavy and cost a lot to send back for any refund, all at my expense. We own hundreds of pieces of Mikasa for our home and rentals and have historically loved the brand, after this experience with the quality and customer service changing their minds mid-return, we'll be extra cautious on any future purchases. We do not recommend Swirl Glasses."
