This elegant casual stoneware dinnerware has been a favorite since its introduction in 1986. The bold stylized navy blue tulips and vines on a rustic background flow around each of the pieces. Add the creamer and sugar, oval covered casserole, or any of the accessory pieces to expand your elegantly casual table. And once the dinner is over, all the pieces can go in the dishwasher for easy clean up. The pattern is also oven safe, microwave save and freezer safe. "good quality except for a black dust particle on a dinner plate and one on a salad plate. Hopefully, I'm the only one who notices. I needed to use them so I didn't send them back."
Good quality, design has a few flaws
"I bought these plates to replace some that have become chipped over the years. I got my original set over 10 years ago as a wedding gift. I was sad to find out that they were no longer being made. On a lark, I searched for them m recently and found that they were available again. They seem to be the same high quality as before, but the design is definitely less sharp and there is an odd, white deep mark separating several of the leaves on the plates. The design change doesn’t impact their beauty but they don’t completely match the original. I was pleased with the pricing and they were very well packaged. (New plate on top in photo vs. original for comparison.)"
