"These mugs are extremely unstable. They have a very small base, and apparently a very heavy handle. I am attempting to return the two sets I purchased, as these are just not practical for any sort of beverage use."

"The cups came in a well packaged box. The coffee stays warm longer compared to my previous coffee cups. Easy to clean, so far I have just used this for coffee. I noticed that after washing (dishwasher) the brand name at the bottom of the cup starts to disappear, I wish it has better labelling or printing of the labels in the cup. Other than that I love my coffee cups!"

"One of four mugs was damaged which was replaced with the wrong mug (see photo). Your company finally replaced the correct mug and I also received three additional mugs. I thought the additional mugs were a courtesy for all the confusion in my order. However, one muy had a black mark embedded in the cup and another cup had a chip on the handle. Why would I want to buy or keep defected merchandise? Therefore, I do not want to purchase dinnerware online again."
