"The set was ok. I was not happy with the size of the fruit bowl and there was not an option to purchase a different size like a cereal bowl. When I decided that this was not the set for me I got NO help from Mikasa to return the set. The return $ was all on me even though they say if you’re not satisfied with your purchase return it no problem no questions. I expect to get a FUll refund on my purchase price . I doubt I will purchase anything in the future from Mikasa."

Bad quality - avoid buying Mikasa.
"Quality control is absolute garbage. The plates are 1/2 an inch bigger than spec and don't fit in my standard size upper kitchen cabinet. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed in Mikasa's quality control and their response. I reached out for help because obviously something is wrong if the plate dimensions are that far off and was basically told "tough luck" and they aren't going to help me at all. The return shipping on these big heavy boxes would cost half of what I paid so I'm either out a ton of money for shipping these back, or I have to keep things that I don't have a way to store. This is absolutely ridiculous and Mikasa is no longer a quality company that can be trusted. I'm so incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I've been looking forward to buying new dishes for over a year and it's just such a bummer that this is how it turned out."
Needs Serving ware and more pieces to match
"This set is beautiful but is lacking serving platters, serving bowls, different size bowls as well would be nice. High rim bowls for soups that are a large enough size but the shape of the fruit bowl. The addition pieces to this set is very necessary. Please work on adding more soon!"

"After having stoneware for over 20 years, this set is a weight off the hands and cabinet shelf. Versatile for every day use with the family and to host guests for dinner. This set needs complimenting server ware (platters, serving bowls, pasta serving bowl, sugar/creamer, teapot, etc.)"
