"Simply put, I adore this dishware. The design is beautiful. Everything is well made. There are many items available. Were new items added to the line, I wouldn't hesitate to order more. On top of the excellent product, the customer service is impeccable. I ordered my dishware on Christmas day. A few days later I revisited the site and found everything on sale. I emailed Mikasa asking if the sale prices could be applied to my order retroactively. Mikasa graciously applied the discount and issued a refund. Given the great quality and excellent customer service, I highly recommend their product and their company."
