I love the Alexander line.

"I love the Alexander line. I am a tiny bit disappointed in the Jumbo Soup Mug to be honest. It's too heavy to my liking. And the handle is much too bulky. I like a soup mug that is easily picked up and I don't worry about the hot soup spilling out because of the grasp on the handle. The weight of the mug should be light so with soup in the vessel it is easily carried from one point to another. Same if I would have used this item for hot chocolate I simply can not. I didn't send them back because I wanted a full set and as a stationary soup bowl they still might be suitable because they match. Other than that I am not a fan of these."

Poor customer service

"I didn’t realise how huge these mugs would be. I have absolutely no need for anything this large… They may even be larger than the Soup Bowls that I bought originally. When I went to return them, I found that I would have to pay return shipping which would’ve amounted to $30 more than the original cost of the four soup mugs. I think this is poor customer service."
