Jaggery pepper syrup recipe:
- 2 cups of powdered or whole Jaggery (raw brown sugar made of sugar cane juice from India)
- ½ cup of whole black pepper
- 3 cup of water
- Simmer it for 15 minute. If the syrup is still thick add ½ cup of more water and simmer it again for 5 minutes. Syrup is ready.
Recipe per Drink:
- 1 + ½ ounce Gin
- ½ ounce Goldschlagger cinnamon
- 1 + ½ ounces pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce jaggery pepper syrup
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- Shake and Pour.
